What's so good about this car, I hear you ask? For a start it comes with all the reliability, technical savvy and convenience of just being a Mercedes-Benz.

In its racing livery it looks stunning! People stare at it as we drive by and even stop us in the street! Students already learning at the school love the swap to the Mercedes and feel immediately at home and comfortable. The major advantage it has over cars normally used by driving schools is its height and visibility; the view from the rear window is panoramic, the high up seating improves visibility all round but particularly at junctions. It's comfortable, easy to drive with an easy turning circle and lots of leg room for drivers, and compares in size to other popular cars; being shorter than the Fiesta, but certainly not as small as the tiny SmartCar.

Importantly, it has unrivalled safety features, which, when you consider your eager teenager climbing behind the wheel for the first time, must be of paramount importance to all parents? Because the Mercedes has two floors it means the gear box, engine etc slides under the passenger area so that in the event of a head-on collision the engine would slide into the gap between the floors, underneath the occupants rather than into their feet.
